Orders for items from The Hawaii Aloha Collection are shipped out within 5
business days. If an item is out of stock or will be delayed, we will notify you
by email. We ship Monday through Friday. An email confirmation will follow all
orders. Once an order has been shipped, an email with tracking information will
be sent.
Orders for items from The Studio Collection are shipped out within 5 business
days if we have the item(s) requested in stock. If we need to create the piece(s),
it may take up to eight weeks for delivery. Each piece in The Studio Collection
is a handcrafted original made by R. Jeff Lee and Carol Lee using a very labor
intensive and exacting process. The wait for your order may be as short as two
weeks depending on where we are in our production schedule when your order comes
in. A delivery time estimate will be emailed with your order confirmation. Your
credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped. Lee
Ceramics Studio Collection items will incur an additional $5.00 per box packing
fee.
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns within 15 days of delivery. The product must be returned
in the original packaging and unused condition. We will credit the cost of the
item less shipping to your credit card.
