What are Lee Ceramics pieces made of?
They are made with a white stoneware clay, and fired to temperatures of
2200 degrees Fahrenheit.
Can the pieces go in the dishwasher?
Every item made by Lee Ceramics is dishwasher and microwave safe and 100%
lead free.
What is the difference between the Hawai’i Aloha Collection
line and The Studio Collection?
We introduced The Hawai’i Aloha Collection in response
to the extremely high demand for our original pieces in The Studio Collection.
All Hawai’i Aloha Collection pieces are beautifully crafted from
original Lee Ceramics designs. These hand painted house ware pieces are
manufactured in China to our exacting specifications to ensure quality.
They all come in an original gift box. Every item in the Hawai’i
Aloha Collection is dishwasher and microwave safe and 100% lead free.
With The Studio Collection you are buying a one-of-a-kind
original work handcrafted by R. Jeff Lee and Carol Lee. The Studio Collection
is created entirely in our studio in Mokule’ia on the North Shore
of O’ahu. Each magnificent work in The Studio Collection is thrown
on the potter’s wheel, with the exquisite island inspired motifs
hand carved in to the piece. The Studio Collection represents a true balance
of form and function. Every piece is dishwasher and microwave safe and
100% lead free.
What color choices are there?
The Hawai’i Aloha Collection comes in tropical green, ocean blue
and lava black. The Studio Collection includes these same 3 colors as
well as teal and orange.
What size are the Hawai’i Aloha Collection pieces?
Mugs? The mugs hold 12 fluid ounces.
Square Plates? They are 8” square.
Rectangle Plates? They are 11¾ inches by 6¾
inches.
Bowls? They are 5 inches wide and 2½ inches tall
and will hold 1¼ cups or 10 fluid ounces. They come in a boxed
set of two.
Wasabi Dish sets? Each dish is 3½ inches in diameter
and ¾ inches deep. They come in a boxed set of 5

With The Studio Collection you are buying a one-of-a-kind original work
handcrafted by R. Jeff Lee and Carol Lee. They are happy to work with

How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa and MasterCard. All credit card purchases go through a
secured server site. Cashiers checks and money orders may be mailed directly
to us at Lee Ceramics, Inc. P.O. Box 1097 Waialua, Hawai’i 96791.
Your order will not be processed until payment is received and cleared.
How long until my order will ship?
Orders for items from The Hawaii Aloha Collection are
shipped out within 5 business days. If an item is out of stock or will
be delayed, we will notify you by email. We ship Monday through Friday.
An email confirmation will follow all orders. Once an order has been shipped,
an email with tracking information will be sent.
Orders for items from The Studio Collection are shipped
out within 5 business days if we have the item(s) requested in stock.
If we need to create the piece(s), it may take up to eight weeks for delivery.
Each piece in The Studio Collection is a handcrafted original made by
R. Jeff Lee and Carol Lee using a very labor intensive and exacting process.
The wait for your order may be as short as two weeks depending on where
we are in our production schedule when your order comes in. A delivery
time estimate will be emailed with your order confirmation. Your credit
card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped. Lee
Ceramics Studio Collection items will incur an additional $5.00 per box
packing fee.
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns within 15 days of delivery. The product must be
returned in the original packaging and unused condition. We will credit
the cost of the item less shipping to your credit card.
